Introduction

Welcome to Stamp! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stamp mobile application (the "App") operated by Stamp ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Stamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stamp, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Stamp is a travel tracking application that allows you to:

• Mark countries and cities you have visited
• Visualize your travels on an interactive map
• Track travel statistics and achievements
• Share your travel map with others

The App is available on a subscription basis with a free trial period.

• You will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel
• Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges

• No refunds for partial periods
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period

4.5 Refund Policy

• Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests
• We cannot process refunds directly

4.6 Price Changes

• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
• Price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals
• You can cancel before the price change takes effect

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (travel data, photos, notes)
• You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content to provide the service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your content
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content

You may not upload content that:

• Harasses or threatens others
